Later last year the number of CHP units produced by TEDOM reached a serial No. 2000. This unit was intended for Kazakhstan company - Turgai Petroleum. The scope of supply of this power plant includes the units in container version for a factory for utilization accompanying gas placed on in Kumkol oil field in mid Kahakstan. The total output of this power plant is 8MWe. The scope of supply includes TEDOM CHP units in container version, transformers for technology supplying, VN switchboard, control room, transformers of its own consumption and NN switchboard. Currently all containers are on the way to the place on installation. The installation will be started at the beginning of March and is planned to be finished in May 2009. This project put put the accent on the construction to meet climate conditions (the range of temperature is from +45°C till -45°C). According to dusty conditions and snow disasters the power plant must be placed on 1,2 m high pilots. Photos of this project are available in our Photogallery section.

T120
In March 2009, the first CHP unit TEDOM Cento range was put into operation in Australia. So far this territory was typical for operating CHP units of Micro range only. The scope of supply includes: CHP unit Cento T120 SP running on natural gas, monitoring (CHP unit monitoring is carried out through the internet bridge. This new CHP unit was installed in new-built offices in Canberra
stationary engines - fuel natural gas
TEDOM stationary engines are designed to power rotary machines, for example the electric generators of compressors, pumps, etc. They are most frequently used in the power industry.
The main advantages of stationary TEDOM engines are their reliability, long service life and their ability to use various alternative fuels from renewable energy sources.
TEDOM stationary engines are used mainly in the cogeneration units, which produce both electricity and heat. The units are produced in unified series as compact blocks with a noise-muffling cover, in the container as well as in the module version.
vehicle engines - fuel natural gas
TEDOM engines are based on well-established and, in the recent past, by far the most frequently used engine for trucks and buses in the Czech Republic. The engines have undergone substantial modifications for application in modern vehicles, while all their proven features have remained unchanged. Tedom engines can be also used as a full replacement for LIAZ engines while vehicles are being repaired or converted to run on natural gas.
The CITY series of engines fulfils the emission limits of the EURO 5 and EEV standards.
We offer engines in horizontal as well as upright versions, as required by the customer.
Vortec 6.0L Gas
The N-Series gasoline vehicle is powered by a gasoline engine with 8 cylinders, 4 stroke operation, and 365 cubic inch displacement. The engine has been designed to deliver better performance, higher fuel economy, less noise, lower emissions and reduced maintenance than its predecessor.
The engine delivers more horsepower than the competition's V-10 with the fuel-efficiency of a V-8. Its peak torque beats the competition's gasoline-powered V-8s.
6HK1-TC Engine
How an Engine Becomes a Legend
First, make sure it's 50-state emission certified, as is the case with the 6HK1-TC. Next, subject it to rigorous pre-installation quality testing. Finally, match exclusive Combined Charge System (CCS) design with a unique Valve Covered Orifice (VCO) nozzle and achieve a new standard of excellence in commercial vehicle performance.
4H Diesel
The 4H 5.2L diesel engine incorporates the worldwide knowledge of our diesel engine technology. The 4H's excellent performance and quality are based on the many technological advantages the engine has over competing engines.
- Ladder frame for light weight, high rigidity, low noise, and low vibration
- Precision machined fit sleeve easier serviceability and better reliability and durability
- OHC, 4 valve layout for performance, low emissions, and good fuel economy
- Piston with cooling channel, nitrided crankshaft, and axial oil seal for durability and reliability
- High pressurized fuel injection and damper (viscous-rubber type) for low noise and low vibration
- Oil cooler with temperature regulator valve for fast warm-up
- Best in Class Engine Warranty, 3 YEARS UNLIMITED. There is no hour limitation with this engine warranty. Backed by a well trained dealer base that understands your business.
